A chopper crash, clashes with militants and mine blasts have killed six US-led soldiers in Afghanistan, against a backdrop of increasing attacks on foreign troops in the war-ravaged country.
At least two troops were killed in the country's volatile south after a US Air Force chopper went down in Helmand province. Initial reports say several others were also wounded in the accident.
In a separate incident, four US-led soldiers were killed in the same volatile region.
