LAST UPDATE
An Israeli army vehicle has been targeted by a rocket fired by Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip, in retaliation for the Tel Aviv regime’s recent deadly airstrikes on the besieged territory.
Palestinians sources said on Friday that bodies of several Israeli soldiers could be seen scattered on the ground. However, the Israeli regime has not reported any casualties.
The resistance fighters have fired over a dozen rockets from Gaza into the Israeli cities of Ofakim, Ashdod, and the areas of Eshkol, Bnei Shimon, Sha’ar Hanegev and Hof Ashkelon over the past several hours.
The Tel Aviv regime has called up 16,000 army reservists for a possible ground invasion of Gaza following Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s announcement that the military was preparing for a “significant widening” of its attacks against the blockaded Palestinian territory.

Meanwhile, two more Palestinians, including a child, were killed in the latest round of Israeli attacks on an area near the city of Jabaliya north of Gaza City on Friday, bringing the Palestinian death toll since November 14 to at least 22. Senior Hamas commander Ahmed al-Ja’abari was also among the victims.
Also on Friday, Israel targeted another Hamas commander, Muhammad Abu Shamala. The Tel Aviv regime has called up 16,000 army reservists for a possible ground invasion of Gaza following Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s announcement that the military was preparing for a “significant widening” of its attacks against the blockaded Palestinian territory.
