OTTAWA - The United States is looking at building fences along the border with Canada to help keep out terrorists and other criminals…………………………

It just occured to me....do all the USA ideas for dealing with terrorists come from Israel. Seems so as they are envious of their wall. Next the USA will be trying trial settlements on Canadian soil

I like the fence idea. I used to live in the American Police State and I came back to Canada in 1975 and never been back since. I didn't care for the Police State then and don't care for it now. Actually, it's Canada that wanted to secure the CDA-US border to keep those pesky Americans away. We just talked them into believing it was their idea; that way Canada doesn't have to pay for it!

It is amazing that the US is the sole country on the planet that really wants nothing to do with the rest of the world, nor seems to recognize there is a world outside of it's borders. Maybe it is time for the world to chip in and build that fence for them with a dome and keep them inside of it and allow the rest of the world to live in peace.

Hopefully, the constrction of fence will keep the guns out of Canada and this will save lives in Canada. In addition, the fence will make it harder for the southern criminals to get into Canada. Moreover the economy in the states is going down the gutter, so we, the Canadians, need a fence
