PESHAWAR: Senior lawyer Barrister Baachaa has termed the announcement by the US president Barak Obama about the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan as an admission of defeat and confession to a crime against humanity.
While lauding the courage, resilience and supreme sacrifices offered by Afghan Taliban in their war of liberation against foreign occupation of their land, he said that fighting for the last 10 years against the forces of 48 countries was an unprecedented feat in the war annals of human history of which the Pashtun nation would remain grateful and proud till eternity.
He said every Muslim ought to acknowledge the struggle of Afghan Taliban in furtherance of the glory of Islam. He said the achievement of Afghan Taliban was a living example for the oppressed, downtrodden and helpless nations of the world to stand up to the oppressors, howsoever mighty and haughty they might be, with courage of conviction and force them to surrender.
