Rahat Fateh Ali Khan–another target of Indian bigotry

Rahat has been singing in India for a long time. In fact he won the Filmfare award for the best playback singer this year. He wasnt harassed then so why should he be harassed necessarily now? Either he forgot to mention all that money in his declaration form or he was simply laundering money.

Dont make issues where there are none. He wouldnt have been travelling regularly to India if he had been harassed before. I agree some time earlier a Pakistani comedian was asked to leave by Shiv Sena workers in Mumbai. But thats a one off incident and lunatics are in every country. They keep making empty threats or rough up people like that comedian once in a while. But by large its easy for Pakistani artists in India. Atif, Ali Zafar, Adnan Sami, Rahat, Shafqat, Veena....lol thats too much to count.

And truth be told, they probably earn more in India than in Pakistan. They have a bigger market and a fan base to exploit. So no wonder they keep coming again and again.

You should read what you type. You are trying to say that countless number of Pakistanis artists are coming to India because Indians are begging them to. And they are doing this out of goodwill without any want for the money that comes out of it. This is preposterous. And most of all, the Rahat incident was actually borne out of illegal payment received for stage performances.
