First of all, what an idiot, if anyone were to unfortunately ever follow in his footsteps, ask for at least 70 billion (not dollars, in Gold) a year to allow 10 NATO soldiers to be stationed in Panjshir at with Amarulleh Saleh, Karzai providing them tea.
