Help in attaining a Tourist Visa for Afghanistan

[Valujira]

Morning pukhtuns,

I went to the Afghan Embassy in London near Hyden park and I talked with the representative there. She told me I need a letter from an Afghan national or through an agency. Can someone help me get a Visa to Afghanistian? I want to visit Kabul and have a taste of the Afghan culture and of course be at the 99th or 100th Independence Day celebrations and ceremonies.

Any advice? Any agencies or ways to obtain such visa?

Thanks

Alex
