A manhunt is under way in Afghanistan for a group of men who publicly executed a woman accused of adultery.
The video of the execution—which showed men cheering after the woman was killed—sparked immediate outrage. It's unclear when the execution in the village of Qimchok in the Parwan province near Kabul took place. Afghan authorities said the men were Taliban militants; a spokesman for the Taliban denied responsibility for the killing.

Parwan is not dominated by Taliban. Parwan is primarily Jamiat Islami & Hizbe Islami. Very few Taliban in Parwan.

Brother Hizbe islami is not such a big group they aprox. has some 500 fighters.

In Parwan, Kapisa and Kabul they are huge.

what have the taliban done to prevent this or such other incidents from occurring??

First blame them for doing it. When it turns out they are innocent, they are to be blamed anyway for not preventing this from happening. HAHAH

Maybe if they control Parwan entirely we can hold them accountable for this failing to prevent this from happening.

anyone who has the means to prevent a crime, claims to have the desire to look after a nation and is willing to fight and kill for the right of doing so but fails to take action when the opportunity arises is a criminal.
how many acid or rape victims have they brought justice too?? wouldn't it be a nice opportunity to prove their capability and willingness to afghans??

If the crime could be prevented before its occurrance then there would be no crime in the world.

raised my voice against whatever i didn't believe in. i am sorry i can't fork the laptop screen as we are not in an actual battlefield. neither am i the responsible for the loss of millions of innocent lives lost during a war for which i am partially responsible.
