Scientific evidence has absolutely nothing to do with costumer satisfaction. What he said has nothing to do with what you brought up. You're just trying to prove your chauvinistic point that America is above all any way you possibly can while Sangar merely pointed out a simple flaw in the reasoning of the author of the article. ^ I do understand your post very properly. This article is not about American customer service; nor is Sangar's statement. If you call and say your phone freezes, they'll replace it. That doesn't mean your phone actually does freeze. So just because some "customers" (we can't investigate this, maybe they're a set up) on some online blog label something as "not important", doesn't mean that that something is not important.
