A Healthy Girl A healhty mom and a healthy wife Karate or any other exercise is very good for every women. May the number of these women grow to thousands.. 1. their body,health and mind will be perfect 2. they will have da damn self defence.. Lets not forget that about 12 yrs ago i saw this girl on street of andar shehr peshawar.. she was teased by a guy whom laterz we took to hospital lol The girl was actually karate black belt.. the dude teased her and she kicked him n broke his noze,mouth and his face was all gone for good. Thats y girls should get engaged in different exercises to built a strong wall of self defence for themselves |
