LOL no i wish it was a beach house. We now have a total of 3 houses. Two of the houses are rented and then we have the house we live in. My parents needed to buy another house to rent out because the university i am transferring to, my parents have to pay $ 30,000 out of pocket money for tuition. So we gain a little bit of money monthly from the third house.

Then when house prices go up....my parents are going to sell all three houses and buy one big house
