So ..after discussions ... lack of discussion .. observing... reading ... whatever you want to call it.

I realized that ... there is so much lack of education within education. I feel like some places in the world, education is at its minimum....where in those same places 50 years ago..education was a whole different story.

Example ..I was watching a movie set 70/80 years back... and the girl talks about her day. She has a grammar lesson, English lesson, lunch, tennis lesson, piano lesson, dinner, and after that catches up on her reading. Few years later she's off to college ... etc etc.

I mean is it that peoples capacity is less (in some parts of the world)?

I don't know. I'll come back to this to elaborate...I feel a bit distracted.

maybe that time there was no computer,disco,cinema,tape,club,movies and etc thats y everyone concentrated on studies etc..

Okay let me elaborate...as I focused too much on the past and movies I guess.

Let's take the west. You pick students... I am speaking about students who have not entered the uni arena ... but students from elementary - high school levels. Take them from different countries in the west... Let's say they are students from equal classes of society.

Do you guys think there is not a difference?

Take one from vancouver, one from NY, one from London, one from Amsterdam...

Is there a difference in quality if they all have equal opportunities to learn?

I shall clarify more at another time, if needed.. or when I ponder more..
