Any recommendations on an evidence based book about Ahmad Shah Mossoud? I would prefer a history based on the man's words themselves as opposed to the interpolations by others. My goal is to understand what Abdul Azzam saw in Mr. Mossoud that led him to view Mr. Mossoud as the man that should lead Afghanistan.

I do not want a Saleh style writer or someone who is trying to lionize or eulogize him. A western analyst/scheuer style text would be optimal. I have already seen some, but if any have read some already and view them as very information, that would save me time.

I am looking for the Pashto booklet Badi' aw bayaan. All I know that it was printed in 60's (I don't know about later editions). It's about forms of Pashto poetry and figures of speech.

I do. I can't tell now when I will have to scan the book (914 pages). From time to time I can scan selected pages. Are you interested in English or Pashto version of poems?

You have it? Great! I am interested in both (Eng and Pashto), but i did not immagine that it has so many pages. For sure You have not to scan that for me, that is too much time!
