1. I have seen KARHAI KABAB prepared everywhere in Landikotal Bazar / Torkham. It is very popular. They hang two small "karhais" or pots from a tripod. In the lower pot is burning coal. The upper pot contains small pieces of lamb / "dumba" meat. I heard they use the "dumba" fat to cook it.
2. But this I recall from long years back when I was not so interested in the recipe. So my details may not be accurate.
4. I shall be grateful if anyone can tell me the recipe and preparation method.
