Pakistan's hygienic conditions are so terrible; that I wouldn't eat any of that even if I ate meat, no matter how tasty it is.

^ its pretty much the same in all those countries where street food is served, also it depends where you go, the newly opened food street in karachi is pretty nice, i actually saw people using gloves there and food stands were clean. Lahore's food street is not bad either.
