this new guy i am taking on board my business as a trader who can trade different hours to me so i can be getting some sleep :)

its still in the process but he is a fast learner so yes it is :)

becouse thats the only way to teach him to let him handel actual money, he can trade with paper account but then he wont understand or feel mentaly what its like so i am letting him with real money to trade and learn and make sure he dosnt make same mistakes etc can only be done when your in the real market.
