Well, Schools are more important as compared to cricket grounds. Afghanistans main objective should be improving its literacy rate. A good literacy rate translates to an improving economy. An improving economy has a correlation with developments, Developments can lead Afghanistan into improved infrastructure,better quality of life and cricket grounds as well.
