When you bake chicken in the oven, how long should you heat it at what temprature?

is it a pashtun chicken or a tajik one?



I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

I think you should heat it to about 350-400 degrees for about a half hour....or until it gives a brown/golden color

Laila, thanks a lot...I bake it at 205 Celcius for 1 hrs but it doesn't taste good...kind of raw uncooked...was wandering how could I do it...

Chicken cooks relatively faster than lamb/beef, so twenty minutes to forty minutes on a high oven should do, 180 - 210 degrees celcius.

And if your chicken meets any of DZJ's criteria, then I would think they are quite stubborn. So you should reconsider preparation and heating times. Happy eating.

hmmmm it shouldnt be raw then.

did you use any seasoning, lemon, oil, salt and pepper,any of that?

try turing it over. If you notice that its not pink then its cooked. Its probably dry, not enough juice. Squeeze one lemon on it. Check if its still juicy

Thanks Laila and Mazhla a lot again for the nice tips...I am not sure whether the temprature is in Celcuis ... and I use only salt and pepper....

What sort of seasoning or marinade do you use? Those two things affect cooking times and the tenderness of the meat too.
