I think this is how the mountain Zadran speak.


In Urgun, they just change "a" for "o".

Many Zadranan live in Khost, so maybe.

When I was small learning to read Qu'ran in the Jumat, the mullah would stand me up in front of everyone and ask me how to say 'egg' in Pakhto. Then he would laugh because I said oya.


What about the term 'haghoi'?
The first time I came across it was on PF. Wardags (as far as I am aware) don't usually use that word.



I also strongly agree about the preservation of dialects. It is a part of our identity - just as we preserve Pakhto from influences from other languages to keep our identity, we should do the same with our own dialects.
