Nigeria sends emissaries to Dhaka ahead of Argentina tie

On August 2, 2011 · In Sports

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) could be sending out its officials to assess facilities and security in Dhaka, Bangladesh ahead of the Super Eagles friendly with their Argentine counterparts.
The international friendly between Argentina and Nigeria is slated to hold at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka on September 6.
SuperSport.com has been informed that the Nigerian federation will be sending its representatives to Dhaka to check out the arrangement for the game.
The Nigerian representatives are scheduled to arrive in Dhaka for the inspection on either August 15 or 16, it has been learned.
On arrival, the Nigerian officials will be met by the local organising committee for the match.
Hotel accommodation, stadium facilities and security details will be part of the routine of the inspection team.
The local organising committee for the game in Dhaka will also inform the Nigerians on their plan to ensure that the Argentina side feature their top stars such as Lionel Messi and others for the encounter.
On June 1, Nigeria’s Super Eagles defeated the Argentines 4-1 at the National Stadium in Abuja and the September 6 game is now regarded as a rematch.
