By nature, I'd prefer to skip breakfast. Past few weeks, actually months, it's been ice-cream. On random days, when I am very hungry, a scrambled egg or a sweet cereal with lots of fresh fruit, else it won't go down. If I'm on the go, it's a cold or warm drink depending on the season. Smoothies and milkshakes are a favourite for breakfast which, though I don't wake up late, I prefer for brunch.

Iqra, sahi waaye, BLS sure does take care of himself. Ma wayle ke zemunga barkha hum pe haghe ke wa, tsenga?

our traditional style breakfast is no different than what westerners eat...

we traditionally would have eggs, cheese, butter, bread, left overs from previous night... with tea or milk.

the only difference might be that we also have some 'halwas', home made cookies and cakes that we eat for breakfast... so i don't see much of a difference there.

even in remote villages u will find the same type of breakfast... cheese, eggs, butter, bread... dairy product influence comes from the fact that most pashtoons own their own cows, sheeps, goats, chickens.

we don't eat dhal and rice for breakfast for sure

Oatmeal with low fat milk and a teaspoon of sugar on top. A glass of juice to drink.

either that or oya ow bonjon

last time i had toast was 5 years ago and i rarely eat cereal...they don't make you full
