Salamz...

I really like to have a heavy breakfast, except i can't think of eating anything other than eggs... and a lot of eggs is not good for health so i am making this thread to ask you guys about your usual breakfast... so i try .

i leave the house at 6 am so when i wake up at 5 or 4:30, food is the last thing in my mind. i have recently added an 11 o clock sandwich to my daily routine which i find very helpful as i don't get cranky. i didn't used to notice the hunger so i would translate it to basic annoyance.
my sister puts a homemade ziplocked chicken sandwich in my purse every night. when i don't get that, it's a sub from the cafeteria. but if i do have time then last night's leftover dinner served cold with a glass of milk is the best form of breakfast for me.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

I strongly hate the idea of breakfast ... and it makes me feel sick ..but since I don't eat till later afternoon/magrib time sometimes, I've been forcing myself to eat breakfast after an hour or two of being awake...I have cereal with lots of fruit. Cereal doesn't taste good, but it's better than oatmeal (for me). My mor jaana said that Oatmeal is very filling =) and very healthy, maybe you'd like to try that?
