You need to study some Evolutionary Biology ..on this issue; you're too indoctrinated by emotionalized propaganda.

Do some reading and study logic and science, instead of being brainwashed.

It is written by a farangay who you worship as The "roshan fikr" people

This guy shows by Science that Middle Eastern and Afghan Culture was right all along.

Women marrying into Non Pashtun kind of ruins our Culture, Because the Women leaves her family and home to go and join her husband and family, and she will adapt to her husband lifestyle, which means her kids will be like her husband too.
so if he is non Pashtun then her kids will be non pashtun too...I am not being racist here but thats they way it is most of the time.

Why you are blaming pashtun women ? Shajra dont go after women. Its upon pashtun male, if he marries a non-pashtun then he is responsible for the identity crisis in his kids.

Women are the one that leaves their home to go and adapt with her husband family and become part of them.

So what do you mean? You want pashtun woman to reproduce pashtun kids only from a non-pashtun husband?

he means that Pashtun women shouldn't be marrying non-Pashtun men.

which ....makes sense in terms of population survival, but if you don't care about what heritage you are. Then it shouldn't matter if you marry an eskimo

I would like Pashtuns to stay as pure as possible. This is actually anti-racist as it helps preserve our race, nothing to do with superiority. But Tajiks and Pashtuns are quite similar so accepting a Tajik girl into your family isn't that bad in my opinion. But not a Tajik man.

We should follow the example of the Japanese if ever we get an independent state called Pashtunistan (inshallah). In Japan 98.5% of the people are Japanese, it is very unlikely even for a rich business man to get a Japanese nationally. And look at their state, almost no unemployment, only recently did it rise from 2.7%-4.3%. They are one of the most advanced countries and keep improving even though they were bombed by the Americans and got independence from Britain at the same time as Afghanistan. The Japanese conserve their culture very much and appreciate other cultures at the same time.
As i said before, having pride in your heritage is not haram nor does it mean you think you're superior, it just means that you appreciate the unique culture given to us by God.
