You don't have make your routine Breakfast meal. But you have it twice a week. Its really tasty with white dodai.
In Pakistan we did not even know about Cheese but here in Europe I have become fond of it. When I go back I will make it at home for myself and my family. Its really nice especially the one comes from Turkey.

Yeah, the Turkish feta is great.
Better to patronize turkey than Greece !

Same with black olives : Turkish ones are best.

What is that in the nihari - some sort of meat?

in Dari its called kishmish (raisins) paneer (cheese). Its a dry cheese and this combo is usually done for a dessert.....its an Afghan thing. I think it originated from Uzbeki and Shamali folks.
