For rozha-mot, I had:

Pirakay (bolani).
Chicken curry with rice.
Toorwe (shlombay).


Made the chicken curry myself. Was decent enough.

charbangae --> eggs scrambled, apple and a pear with chae.
ifthar --> la khaira saraa wreejae, charg ao salatha and ofc a protein shake (post workout).

Pekhlamai: Egg white sandwich with avacado, Fruit: grapes, raspberries, blueberries, Afghan bread w/peanut butter, Afghan paner, 2 glasses of water, multivitamins and supplements.

Roza-maat: Talapia with rice, cauliflower qorma, fresh veggies from the yard: Tara, sweet peppers, jalapeno, and maida salata, and mastay.

We had Arab rice "Qabsa" with Sekh Kabab (Mutton) Da masto Chatni :P Pikory and Roh Afza..

Alhamdo Lillah Aftari with Abe-Zam Zam and Ajwa..
