There is a lesson for us in it...Notice, how tolerantly do the parents of the first convert (the girl) agreed to her and accepted her conversion....Could this be possible in any Muslim society for any Muslim girl? Nevertheless, I have read that Muslim population would grow in the coming decades not due to converstion by higher birth rate....The studied said it will lose as much to other religions as it finds converts. However, my impression is, Islam can find many converts if disassociated from extremism, pan-Islamist, and political Islamist tendencies ...and if transformed and modernised... |
