افغان انٹیلیجنس’این ڈی ایس‘ کے حکام نے افغان نیوز ایجنسی پژواک کو بتایا کہ ان پر ایک پڑوسی ملک کے لیے جاسوسی کا الزام تھا۔

بی بی سی نیوز کے احمد ولی مجیب کے مطابق افغان حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈاکٹر حسین علی یاسا پر کابل میں موجود دیگر غیر ملکی سفارت خانوں کو خفیہ معلومات فراہم کا الزام بھی ہے۔
افغان انٹیلیجنس ایجنسی کے ترجمان لطف اللہ مشعل کے مطابق حسین یاسا کا پاکستانی سفارت خانے میں آنا جانا بہت زیادہ تھا اور ان کی سرگرمیاں بھی بہت مشکوک تھیں۔انہیں تحقیقات کے لیے گرفتار کیا گیا تھا اور اب وہ ضمانت پر رہا کر دیے گئے ہیں۔
افغان انٹیلی جنس ایجنسی کے ترجمان کے مطابق حسین یاسا نے تفتیش کے دوران بتایا کہ ان کے پاس پاکستانی شہریت ہے۔

"پاکستانی سفارت خانے میں آنا جانا بہت زیادہ تھا اور ان کی سرگرمیاں بھی بہت مشکوک تھیں۔انہیں تحقیقات کے لیے گرفتار کیا گیا تھا اور اب وہ ضمانت پر رہا کر دیے گئے ہیں۔حسین یاسا نے تفتیش کے دوران بتایا کہ ان کے پاس پاکستانی شہریت ہے"

حسین یاسا کے بارے میں کہا جاتا ہے کہ ان کا تعلق ہزارہ قبیلے سے ہے۔ان کا سیاسی تعلق احمد شاہ مسعود کے بھائی احمد ضیاء مسعود کی پارٹی افغان نیشنل فرنٹ سے ہے۔
احمد ضیاء مسعود کی قیادت میں قائم ہونے والی جماعت افغان نیشنل فرنٹ اپوزیشن جماعتوں کا اتحاد ہے جس میں جنرل عبدالرشید دوستم، استاد محمد محقق اور سابق انٹیلی جنس چیف امر اللہ صالح کی جماعت شامل ہے۔
اس اتحاد میں شامل افراد ماضی میں پاکستان مخالف تصور کیے جاتے تھے لیکن پاکستانی وزیر اعظم راجا پرویز اشرف نے گزشتہ ہفتے کابل کے دورے کے دوران ان تمام راہنماوں سے ملاقات کی تھی۔
حسین علی یاسا افغان میڈیا اینڈ رسرچ نامی ادارے کے چیئرمین بھی ہیں۔
اس ادارے کے تحت انگریزی میں’آوٹ لوک‘ پشتو اور دری میں’افغانستان‘ نامی اخبارات بھی شائع ہوتے ہیں۔
"حسین یاسا کی گرفتاری سیاسی بنیادوں پر عمل میں آئی ہے۔ ان کو اس لیے گرفتار کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ انتخابات کے قانون میں تبدیلی کے لیے انتہائی فعال کردار ادا کر رہے تھے"

افغان اپوزیشن کے ایک سینیئر راہنما محمد محقق کا کہنا ہے کہ حسین یاسا کی گرفتاری سیاسی بنیادوں پر عمل میں آئی ہے۔
انہوں نے الزام لگایا کہ ان کو اس لیے گرفتار کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ انتخابات کے قانون میں تبدیلی کے لیے انتہائی فعال کردار ادا کر رہے تھے۔
اپوزشن اتحاد جماعت نیشنل فرنٹ نے اپنے ایک اعلامیے میں کہا ہے کہ انٹیلی جنس ادارے نے ان کے ایک اہم راہنما کو حبسِ بے جا میں رکھا۔
اعلامیے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ این ڈی ایس کو اپنے اس عمل پر معافی مانگنی ہوگی۔
این ڈی ایس کے معاون ترجمان شفیق اللہ طاہری کا کہنا ہے کہ حسین یاسا کو ضمانت پر رہا کیا گیا ہے۔ اگر ضرورت پڑی تو انہیں دوبارہ بھی طلب کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
سیاسی تجزیہ نگاروں کا کہنا ہے کہ حسین یاسا کی رہائی سیاسی دباؤ کے نتیجے میں عمل میں آئی ہے۔
حسین یاسا نے رہائی کے بعد تاحال میڈیا کا سامنا کرنے سے گریزکیا ہے۔

What was he up to for having contacts with the intelligence elements of Pakistani embassy as high ranking member of the so called National Front?

What's happened to media overall? - and particularly Pashtun media groups should never have been lackadaisical on this subject in particular. We are glad that a Shia-Hazara friend from Quetta has noticed our efforts and sent us this letter which appreciates and solidifies our stance. Dear LUBP:

I want to bring something to your notice. Recently it was reported that Dr. Hussain Ali Yasa of Afghan National Front (ANF) was arrested in Afghanistan on charge of spying for Pakistani intelligence agency.

I want to inform you that this incident supports your previous articles on HDP and the dirty politics of so-called Hazara nationalists in Quetta. They are the internal enemies of Shia Hazaras. It may be news to most people that Dr. Hussain Ali Yasa has been arrested for links with ISI, but people who know him from his youth in Quetta as a student leader of Hazara Students Federation also know about his long association with ISI.

It may also surprise many people that while Dr. Hussain Ali Yasa is performing his duty as Pakistani agent in Afghanistan, his brother is also a serving officer in the Pakistan army.

Dr. Hussain Ali Yasa has a long association with so-called Hazara nationalists in Quetta who have always served as ISI agents and is still in close contact with them and they work in collaboration. People like Abdul Khaliq Hazara and Dr. Hussain Ali Yasa are the biggest enemies of Shia Hazaras in Quetta and also in Afghanistan because they work for Pakistan army which is responsible for blood of thousands of innocent Shia Hazaras and other Shias in Quetta.

We all should be careful and tell people that these people are dishonest and enemies of Hazara community. Abdul Khaliq Hazara, Hussain Ali Yasa and other members of HDP etc are all the same people. I am thankful to you for exposing these hypocrites and telling the world about them. I hope you will publish this.
