^^That is an isolated incident, I think there is also one in paktya. We dont really know what it is yet, if it is real or some superficial thing that NATO created. Give it a couple of years before you start celebrating. Presently the most organized group that fights foreigners are the Taliban. Your last statement: Insurgencies main focus is to create instability and do anything they can for the foreign created regime to fail. They are aware they can neither break nor challenge the foreign army directly, but can only break the domestic regime propped up by the foreigner.

it's not that isolated and its natural resistance. You asked for where it is, it's there. And if your explanation is correct; then the problems are not the regime, it's the destabilisers and people don't want to prevent something from working unless it's goal is to regain power for themselves. That verifies the Taliban are a problem irregardless of foreign action, they just want to subjugate.

Presently it is isolated since I have on;y heard of two incidences of such. similar things happened during the soviet days as well. Was it not masood that fought HIG and supposedly the soviets as well. did we not find out years later that masood was on the soviets payroll and was ordered to keep HIG at bay. If the regime was not aproblem, then the taliban would not exist. Why would a resistance be needed to the taliban, is that not the regimes job. Why are they not doing their job and why are the people not supporting the regime?
