^ lolz he is just a CIA/ M16 agent. it may even be Mazloomyarmaseed for all we know as he did threaten to report some people. all he needs is their personal info which he is trying to obtain by luring them into opening files which may interest them.

i highly recommend you do not open his files otherwise you're bound for some trouble especially if you use credit/debit cards online... lol

though the name choice as well as the improper spelling of it sounds really fake... as if it is some white guy that devised it.

maseed , on the other hand, may have been able to use something more realistic...
