I was thinking of starting a Spanish thread since there are 1) A few people who like it and speak it and 2) People who want to learn it.

Podemos practicar - we can practice. I am a qualified Spanish teacher...so I can help anyone who wants to help.

Of course - I know there are people who will say "Muslimah - This is a Pashtun forum"...but if you don't like this thread...just don't enter! I think no matter what culture you are, learning languages is important and valuable - it helps communicate with a whole lot of people in the world.

I think that as long as you know your own language, there's absolutely nothing wrong in learning other languages. In fact, the more languages you know, the better for your brain. Just be sure not to abandon your own native language for the sake of learning others, since then there's like no point, I'd think.

In that case, get to learning Spanish :D Or whatever other language(s) you're interested in. I enjoyed learning Spanish in high school and college and wanna pick it back up now.
