i tried reading this guy and other european philosophers and found them difficult to read, the way they are written in english.
i found the writings of al ghazali inspiring, easy to understand and poetic. maybe to do with the translations.

He is a great confluence of Sufism, esoterism, mysticism, Hinduism and Taoism.
His biography is inspiring. Leaving France for Egypt is impressive.

Rightly pointed out to be a fountainhead of inspiration.
