I scrolled through there, someone should rename entire sections "muhajir-indic troll invasion forum", some of those threads are literally cancer. I can't believe how many threads are hijacked to turn into discussion about Indics.

Hahaha. I don't think there is any other group of people on earth that can match the obsession Indics have. And the funny part is that we have a language barrier between us and them, yet they still are always stalking us. It's such a shame our land is under their occupation, which allows their obsession/complex and paranoia regarding us to fester.

That is funny, but how does a Chinese guy know about what Muhajirs and stuff? lol

He was very knowledgeable. As I said, he was a history buff. He shared a lot of info with me regarding East Asia and SE Asia such as Champa, Maguindanao Sultunate, Moros, Chenla, Yugurs, Xibe, Ayutthaya, Dai Viet, Tran dynasty, etc. and now I know a decent amount on those stuff. I don't want to say too much since it's talking behind his back, but I just shared that piece of info to show that even outsiders notice this.

This is one of the main issues. A lot of Punjabis think they “own” us, because KP is a part of Pakistan. They don’t even see it as brotherhood, but they literally think they conquered Pashtuns and now own them. I’ve seen Punjabis brag on Paki forums about how Ranjit Singh “demolished” us, and even spout the Sikh nonsense about him reaching all the way to Kabul. They talk Islam when it serves them (“but brothers we must unite! You must leave this talk of ethnicity!”), but then secretly pleasure themselves to fantasies of Sikh Punjabis defeating Muslim Pashtuns. And then at the end of the day they’ll still try to claim some kind of relationship to us. It’s really pathetic.

Obviously, most Punjabis aren’t like that, or like the people who obsess over us on the internet, and I feel bad for the normal ones who end up associated with these losers. But the ones who do this are not small in number, and they’re extremely loud and obnoxious.

It's funny how they go about saying "We are all Pakistani Muslim brothers" but are incredibly paranoid about our identity and treat us like a colony. They suppress our language, divide us across three provinces, ban our history from being taught in schools, and get butthurt if we say we're not South Asian or that there are differences between us. They also always whine about Afghan Pashtun migrants in KPK (even though they're Punjabis lol) yet get butthurt if someone says the Chuhra gypsies in KPK should go back to Punjab. Even though the "normal Punjabis" don't bash us or praise Ranjit Singh, they are still incredibly paranoid over Pashtun nationalism which is why Pashto is suppressed and our history isn't taught in our province. Although a large part of that blame goes to self-hating Pashtuns as well.

I don't think you're talking behind his back, you didn't state him by name and we have no idea who he is and also all you're doing is referencing his knowledge base. That is interesting though, albeit kind of peculiar.

It still seems a bit off that a Chinese person would make that remark without having some cultural or social exposure to that phenomena on some level. Regardless I won't delve that deeply.

Well he knows who Indic people are and who Muhajirs are (Pakistan only has 5 main ethnic groups so it's not hard to find out about them if you do some basic research). I don't know why Muhajirs were specified, but if you just skim through a few threads and see Indics/Muhajirs mentioned 50x, it's hard not to comment xD

I've read books on Romania, Russia, Myanmar, and Cambodia and could talk about their history for a while and know most of their provinces/sub-regions by heart (as well as provinces in the Philippines). It's rare for people to do research regarding places outside their cultural region, but such people exist. I've also met a Norwegian that knew what a Pashtun was (as well as other ethnic groups of Pakistan) online, but he otherwise didn't seem to know much about us other than the fact we exist. There was also an Armenian user here before and I'm sure he knew about Punjabis and Muhajirs. Also, that German-Russian woman that knew about us (I miss her kinda lol).

nationalist muslim punjabis and muhajirs online are honestly more annoying than the overly proud indians you will come across. what you said about religion is spot on, they are religion peddlers when it suits them and will be all unity-love-dosti but as soon as you go against their narrative then irrelevant racist insults will be thrown your way (they also tend to gang r@pe you in online discussions when there are no facts). It is also true that they seem to think they own us, i noticed this years ago and its one of the main reasons that puts me off pakistan, but self hating pashtuns in pakistan allow this to happen so its more our fault than theirs. its a shame because the middle class punjabis in pakistan are such a nice and humble group of people overall but something about getting rich or moving to the west turns them into tards.

edit: at the end of the day everyone wants to serve their own interests. paki nationalists will say that there is nothing wrong with whats going in the country, no racism, eastern regions not suppressing the western regions, nothing wrong with their language dominating the entire country (its for unity!, language of muslims!) but thats just because they like being dominant so of course they will support that narrative. the only sad part is that alot of pashtuns are too stupid to see this and will actively support this nonsense. a good thing about the baloch is that they see through this crap and call them out on it much more often than we do. Tell a punjabi/muhajir that their urdu should not be the lingua franca but rather farsi or arabic or english and judge their reaction even though arabic makes more sense as a language for a country apparently created in the name of islam and farsi was the lingua franca here for much longer (urdu was made official by the british).

Agree totally. It’s all fine being a nationalist Pakistani. But if you happen to advocate another language besides Urdu or Punjabi then nationalism becomes haram according to Islam.

I agree with every single thing in your post. The types of people you have outlined are the most annoying, irritating people you can come across. On par with those are our very own Pashtuns who seem to think Bollywood language is their own language.
