Sometimes but mostly at a table.

Depends on what type of food it is. Shorwa would be with a hand but rice with a spoon.

3. Do you wear kamees partog when you go to parties

I don't really understand. When I am a melma then sometimes I may wear khut ao purtoog or sometimes I may wear western clothes.

4. Is having Chai after every meal still important to you

It never was. My parents always drink it though. I might start drinking chai in the near future.

5. Do you own at least one afghan rug lol

Yes, some of the finest quality rugs you could find anywhere Kabul.

If its close family members then no, otherwise yes.

Sometimes distarkhan, sometimes dining table.

My youngest brother calls me oves lala, owes lala or obes lala - other than that, none of us use lala for eachother. He respects me. My other brother really looks up to me but can get annoying/disobey orders at times. I respect my older brother.

10. Do you cook or eat traditional food at home or do you make variety of dishes from other countries?

My mother always cooks traditional food. Sometimes she may make pasta or lasagna.

I'm American and even I have to have chai after every meal, so how can you not lol.
I'm sitting here with a pot of nice green tea while I type this.
I like wearing payraan tumbaan when I go to the masjid. It's more comfortable than western clothes and looks better. Tonight I wore a turban as well.
One of my favorite foods is qably plao. But I was surprised to find the exact same food at an Uyghur resteraunt. They have mantu too, but call it manti. tastes the same.

Before someone corrects me I know they spell it qabily palao or pilao but I think in Arabic and was writing it how I would write it in Arabic/Persian letters

1--yep always actually we keep changing the design for the tables every few years but we never use them lol
2-- most of the time depending on what im eating but i prefer eating with hands in like indian restaurants and home

dodai- rice, non, kababs, even shorwa is with non, can only be eaten with hands, aush needs spoon!! custand, firni etc, spoon, but i have eaten firni with non as well.

always kamiz partog, waskat (not the bling type, the other suite material type), and khuli

chai is served after meals, between meals, the thrmos always has tea, along with pista, badam, kishmish - khushkmewa

if i said 'uncle' or 'auntie', all of my kaliwal will ridicule us. only pashto/dari words like kakajon, khala.

if someone addresses someone in my family with 'uncle jee' or 'auntee jee', me and my brothers feel like shooting them!!

mostly yes, other times the coffee table is very convenient.

yup, i am lala to my younger brothers, kakajan to my nephews. nephews are always addressed with respect unless i have tsapley in my hand ready to be thrown at them.

always our food, we never cooked 'lazanya' or other western style cooking. we have polau, shorwa, bamya, kishree, mantu, bolani, borani, kebabs, dal etc

No, I only wear it when its my family that have organised the party, then our whole family wears traditional clothing.

No, I don't drink it becuase I can't sleep afterwards, I drink only thee after meal in Ramadan.

Yes, we have a rug that is almost 20 years old, but it looks like its new lol.

Hmm, when family we sit the whole day toghether, when stragers, we sit first all toghether after one or two coups of thee, women go separate and men stay in the living room.

Yes we eat all of our meals toghether except for lunch, we don't have lunch I think, we skeap that :P.
