Can You help me with an information, where is it possible to learn Pashto at university level? Thank you!

I am sue in University of Peshawar you can do a master degree in Pashto as well as PhD. Also bachelor level courses are available. The same you can do from Gomal University and Quetta university.I think Bannu University also have Master degree in Pashto. I am not sure about Kabul or Qandahar. I have been to Pashto department in Kabul university for a literary session but about degree I am not sure.

Also I don't know the procedure for admission for foreigners or any availability for on line course.
