How common is it to call a person who died disgracefully (or to show a lack of respect for the dead) "mordar"?

For example, we might say "banyadam mordar sho" when a bad person dies. Is this a common phrase in other regions? I don't think I've heard it outside of Zazi Pashto.

And this word 'kattasaray' for a person who laughs often and for no good reason.

we use kattasaray for bald people in my family

We pronounce it "puchakey" or something like 'پچکې'. I don't think it's slang though.

Just wanted to see if it is common across Pashtunistan or not!

Let me tell you something funny. I belong to a family where people frown upon all kinds of profanity. They will scowl at you if they heard you using words like that, if you are an adult and beat the heck out of you if you were a child or a teenager. All swear words are highly disapproved except this one which everyone uses daily and which in my opinion the most offensive, vulgar and disgusting word/phrase. Foe some reason we Pshingian don't mind using it. Not even when a child uses it infront of elders. And that is 'may gh***a'.
