Gharibi néman indz otar dardza ashkharhé


The translation:
The eyes of my beloved shine like diamonds
An to me like to a stranger the whole world became strange (I am not good enough in english)

I am not an expert. You better ask members who use to post in this thread.
As i know first verse = 9 syllables, second = 13 and rhyme ending with -a (short a).

Areva, interesting that Armenian language also has tappay. I thought this genre may only be found in Pashto.

It has not, its only Pashto! I simply tried to write something in Armenian, if I would know Pashto I would have written in Pashtto. But I love the sound of Tappay, really perhaps the most nice poetry form I heard!
