Funny Enough I never have nightmares.
you got nightmares when you are worried about something.

see last night i had 5 hours of sleep and i had good dreams the way i always do.

I try so hard to wake up in the morning but I can't!!!
I go to bed at 2 am and wake around 11:00 am to 1:00 pm..don't know how you sleep for 5 hours only.

dos the body still get the rest it needs even though a person dreams all night?

by the way i had a wack nightmare last night.

The hell army was searching for me to put me in hell and i was all scared hiding.lol
