| My brother in law makes amazing carrot halwa. The last time he made it was about seven years ago. He cooks a lot though, dinner is on him most nights. He makes suji halwa every second night I think, and brings a fair share for my mother, who loves anything to do with halwa. The last time I felt like carrot halwa, my sister made it right away. She is superb at sweet dishes. (Err ... that's a lot of garelu details for you) |

| tonight i made "sabzi Chalaw" "Saba and Chalaw" "Spinach and rice" and da patato korma (korm e kachalo) i will post the whole steps for everyone... espcially for those who don't know how to cook chalaw and have it come out nice... cooking rice (afghan rice) is an art! oh and i made patato korma caz angaar doesn't like spinach... so i had to make for him... most people don't like this dish but i make it differently it comes out veryyy delicious... will post it inshallah tomorrow. |
