Like I said, when the west coast rap was dominant, It was the golden era of HipHop/Rap music. The beats were better, the lyrics and the hooks were tight. You can't compare 2pac or biggie or Easy E with any of these other rappers, because these are the rappers who put Hip/Hop Rap on the map of the world. Even in many non-english speaking countries... People know these artists.. but ask them about Nas or Jay Z and they won't know nothing..

Its true though, the south has killed hiphop but i don't know if it can even be called HipHop.. I do like Lil Jon though, his beats are tight..

YayeEeeeeeeeeeee!

OOOKKKAAAYYY!!! *with her grill on*

I dont consider the Dirty South Hip Hop....because to me it doesnt quite fall under that category, they should just have their own genre.
