So, I wanted to start this thread to hopefully learn my ancestral Afridi dialect. My family left Landi Kotal several generations ago and they eventually stopped speaking the Zakka Khel Afridi dialect.

I know there are several Afridis on here so please make me aware of the grammatical and vocabulary related differences. Thanks.

Sweet, thanks Nokia wror. I'm gonna upload a small dictionary I've compiled and maybe you could help me with if they are the proper Zakka Khel words.

I find the words are almost identical to how we speak. I think the difference lies in pronunciation, but that too is familiar as I think it sounds a bit like Wardagi Pakhto. You think?

which dialect of Afghanistan does the Afridi dialect resemble too?

I think zazai, sheenwari from khyber side and khostawalo dialogue are alike.
