Jeez, i have no life :awkward:

I was told to start a thread for helpful tips, not gonna name it my own though :P

Here was the tips on controlling acne:
This works for both guys and girls

My tips are:
*use Neutrogena oil free acne wash every morning and every night
*use oil free moisturizers spf 15 or more every morning 5 minutes after washing your face.
* if you use makeup, stick with more natural mineral makeup, so it doesnt clog pores
* if you do use any on-the-spot treatment, be consistent with it. Do not be lazy to miss a day or too. Its like a cycle, you dont want to break it.
*eat plenty of fruits: its good for skin
* drink plenty, plenty of water
*if you notice a certain food makes you breakout, avoid it completely
*use a face scrub once or twice a week....it helps with dead skin.

Just don't eat oil free food...which we pashtuns can't.
In the morning we eat parata lol.

Well the thing is not everyone breaks out from spicy and greasy food.....but if you do notice certain food makes you breakout, avoid it.

Thank you for the tips...

here are some from me:

1. if you want to loose weight start from scratch and change your whole life style
2. loosing weight shouldn't be short term goal rather a long term healthy life
3. try to find pleasure in eating fruits and veggies... avoid eating anything fried or processed.
4. once u avoid these oily food you will feel very hungry and u will start appreciating veggies and fruits.
5. try to do some physical exercise 4 times a week.
6. eat small proportion and multiple times a day rather than eating big meals twice a day.
7. avoid eating EVERYTHING after 6pm or 7 pm.
8. drink alot of water.
9 drink a glass of water before every meal
